Waste cables recycling - BONANZA - details

Cables are finely grinded into a mixture of metal and plastic insulation. The mixture is transported by a transport blower to a separating surface of the wet sluice.

The wet sluice enables control of oscillations, table slope and water stream.

The separating surface of the wet sluice oscillates in longitudinal axis. The water sprays in defined directions from the nozzles above the separating surface at the same time.

Water returns to a collecting tank via filter. The residual mechanical impurities are settled in settling chambers of the tank. The water returns to the process.

The oscillating movement of the table and the water stream move the mixture of a metal and a plastic insulation. The plastic insulation moves downwards the separating table while metals propagate to the upper side of the separating table.

A technology line BONANZA serves for copper and aluminum cables recycling.
